Henderson is the second-largest city in the state of Nevada with a population of almost 308,000 people. Interstate-11, a new highway that will link Phoenix and Las Vegas is currently under construction. A section of the highway from Hoover Dam to Henderson will be finished in June 2018.

Henderson Executive Airport is a public airport on the southern tip of Henderson. It is considered a business aviation facility and serves as a primary reliever for the Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport.

Henderson’s population is projected to grow in the coming years, The city issued more than 14,000 building permits in 2017, and the number of residential permits grew by more than 7 percent from 2016.
