Reverence, the newest village in the Summerlin master-planned community, building began in 2017. Although it’s expected to be completed in late spring of 2018, it has already gained interest among affluent home buyers that are searching for new homes for sale in Summerlin.

Tucked away into Summerlin’s most northwestern corner, Reverence allows for privacy and has slightly lower temperatures than the rest of the Las Vegas Valley. The village is located adjacent to Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area and is bound by West Lake Mead Boulevard to the south and Cheyenne Avenue to the north.

The small 300-acre village sits at an average of 3,200 feet above the sea, west to the Interstate-215, allowing for an impressive view of the Las Vegas Valley to the east.

Constructed by one of Summerlin home builders, Pulte Homes, Reverence’s nine neighborhoods feature contemporary and transitional style, and offer 23 single-and two-story floor plans. With six guard gated communities, the village is expected to add close to 1,500 new homes in Summerlin.

The village currently has 9 neighborhoods: Ascension, The Peaks, Canyonside, The Terrace, Copperhead, Granite Hills, Keystone, Hillcrest, The Point. Six of these communities are guard gated for extra exclusivity.
