    The Gardens village is a 410-acre mixed-use village and home to the popular Gardens Park that hosts tons of families having fun daily and a weekly farmer’s market.

    Located along Interstate-215, The Gardens offers single-and multifamily-houses. The village is bound by Interstate-215 to the south and west, South Hualapai Way to the east and West Desert Inn Road to the north.

    Built before Clark County put in place the ordinance stipulating that all new construction must have desert-friendly landscaping, this community boasts sprawling lawns and lush greenery not typical for a desert. Driving through these neighborhood is very visually appealing with all the lush lawns and flowers.
