The Mesa is a 500-acre residential village located in the southern part of Summerlin near Interstate-215, Hualapai Way, and Russell Road.

The Mesa is one of several active building communities in Summerlin along with The Paseos, The Ridges, and The Canyons. Similarly to other new construction in Summerlin, new homes in The Mesa feature modern designs combined with energy-saving features and great city and mountain views.
