Called “Las Vegas best-kept secret” by locals, the community of Pueblo definitely lives up to its name. Today, The Pueblo is the only village with original single family homes for sale in Summerlin, Nevada. The Pueblo was Summerlin’s first village and after the first homes were built in the early 1990’s, the development in the area had stopped.

Nestled on 570 acres, The Pueblo enjoys a status of a “cozy” community. It’s bound by Vegas Drive to the south, Lake Mead Boulevard to the north, Buffalo Drive to the east and Rampart Road to the west. Quick Access to interstate 95 & 215 make this a great location for easy access to the entire city.
