The Vistas, an 800-acre quaint village in European style is one of Summerlin’s top communities. Drive into The Vistas and you will pass the North and South 48-foot clock towers that has become a hallmark of the community.
The Village is located within Summerlin, one of the fastest growing master-planned communities in the U.S. and sits right next to Interstate-215 which allows for a quick commute around the Beltway.
Like many other homes for sale in Summerlin, The Vistas ‘s properties have views of the Las Vegas skyline, The Strip and Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area that provides a magnificent backdrop for the entire community.

The Vistas offers a variety of neighborhoods to its potential buyers thanks to several Summerlin home builders who have developed properties in the area. Here, you can find single-family homes, custom, and luxury homes. Among neighborhoods in The Vistas are Kingwood, Altessa, San Marcos, Solano, Monterossa, Somerset, Barrington, and Miramonte. This community offers both gated and non-gated communities. There are not any guard-gated neighborhoods in The Vistas Village.
