I recently purchased a new home in Las Vegas with the help of Cathy Nicastro of the Heuser Team, and I'm incredibly happy with my decision to hire her. I moved to Vegas from out of state at just about the very peak of this summer's inventory shortage, and because of the low supply and high demand, I had to put in quite a few full price cash offers before I was able to find a nice house in the appropriate price range, but Cathy was positive and reassuring throughout the whole process, which made me feel more at ease. In the end, I think I ended up getting a really good deal *because* of Cathy's local contacts. I ended up being the only cash offer on a house that was briefly listed before being pulled from the market by the owner so he could do some aesthetic repairs - because Cathy had previously worked with the seller's agent, she was able to get me a showing to the house after it had been pulled! The buyer accepted my offer and I ended up in a house I really like for a very decent price, in spite of the inventory shortage. I wholeheartedly recommend Cathy to anyone from out of state looking to purchase a home in Las Vegas.

These guys know their stuff!We were sold when we had our first appointment and how prepared they were. I didn’t even have to ask any questions, but the wife had a few.Through the process, Tom was extremely engaged and would remind us when we needed to complete tasks and provide status on the current process.You can tell these guys do this FULL TIME based on their extensive knowledge of the process while making sure we understand where we are in the process.

Serena was a joy to work with. We only had a few days to look at houses while in town from out of state and she was well organized so we could see as many houses as possible. She helped us make quick decisions so we didn't waste any of our time. Now that we've bought our home, Serena has helped us with other things outside of real estate, like finding local services and even helping when our sink disposal stopped working! Where to start?!? Serena Heuser is first class, through and through. Although I’m not a fan of long winded, life story reviews, there’s much to be said about our experience with Serena and the Heuser team.
